Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in mortgage lending or a related field.
• Strong understanding of loan products, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and cultivate relationships with potential borrowers.
• Evaluate loan applications and gather necessary documentation.
• Advise clients on available loan products and assist them in selecting the best options for their needs.
• Work closely with underwriters, processors, and other team members to ensure timely and accurate processing of loans.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan process and beyond.
• Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and trends.
